The Navarre Garden Club is a gathering of friends. We not only give our friendship to each other, we work together to raise money for scholarships and other charitable organizations we support.
Crafts Workshops provide an opportunity for visiting and working together to create crafts. The crafts made are sold at our annual fundraisers and are available from the Ways & Means table at monthly meetings. Crafts workshops are scheduled throughout the year to produce a variety of clever, tasteful crafts for sale.
In November we hold our winter fundraiser. Santa makes an appearance for photo shoots with children and pets. All types of vendors sell unique and clever gifts to brighten the holiday shopping season.
In April we hold our spring fundraiser. The club orchestrate a luncheon. Ticket holders get a taste of Navarre as local food vendors provide specialty dishes for potential customers.
In August before our calendar gets full, garden club members hold a Newcomer Tea to welcome new members and invite potential members to learn more about the Navarre Garden Club. We gather at a member’s house to reacquaint with friends, meet new members, and share information about the club with invited guests.
In December at our annual Christmas Party we gather together to wish our fellow members and family happy holidays.
Valentine Day Luncheon
Every year on Valentine’s Day we meet at a member’s house for a Valentine's Day Luncheon. The Valentine's Day Luncheon is a lovely opportunity for members to visit and share the love.
Garden Tour & Luncheon
In June we gather for a garden tour. Members meet and car pool to the gardens on tour. Many members in the club have beautiful gardens that they open for touring as a finale to the garden club year.
